Dr. Liraz Margalit, Web psychologist and Director of Behavioral Science at Clicktale, will share a comprehensive user behavior study based on analyses of Clicktale’s clients. Using theoretical knowledge from the field of psychology, she will reveal how people make decisions online, and what types of factors influence their decision-making processes. Based on users’ interactions, she will demonstrate how to capture intent, analyze behavior, change user flows, and accordingly, how to tailored and personalized the user experience.

Liraz Margalit, PhD, is a Web Psychologist, a lecturer and Director of Behavioral Analytics at Clicktale, a company that provides customer experience management platform and consulting. She leads the consumer behavior research alongside collaboration between academia and industry. Her studies incorporate cognitive and neuropsychological perspectives and big data into a conceptual framework that creates actionable insights that serve data experts and business stakeholders.
